Order Processing & Dispatch

The orders will be processed and delivered within 3-10 working business days from the date of purchase
Our fulfillment team carefully packs each order to ensure your spices, dry fruit & nuts, and groceries items arrive in perfect condition.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/whatsapp with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Order Tracking

• Tracking information is sent via email/whatsapp once your order has shipped.

• If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at support@desiingredients.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
