General TSO Chicken

chicken fillets1 kg
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Maida1 Cup
Cornflour 1/2 Cup
White pepper powder1/2 tsp
Baking soda 2 pinch
Egg whites 2
Water 3-4 tbs
Water 3-4 tbs
Cooking oil2-3 tbs
Garlic chopped 2 tbs
Ginger chopped 1 tbs
red chillies sliced 4-5
Cornflour2 tsp
Chicken stock 2 Cup
Green onion leaves3
Sesame seeds1 pinch
Dried red chilli 3
Dark soy sauce 3 tsp
Brown sugar powdered 4 tbs
Rice vinegar 3 tbs
Soy sauce 3 tbs
Hot sauce 4 tbs
Vinegar 2 tbs
Salt1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Water 3 tbs


-cut chicken into small cubes

-At a bowl, then add salt, poultry,black pepper powder,soy sauce & Mix very well,pay & marinate for 15 minutes.

-Insert all-purpose flour,cornflour,white pepper powder, and baking Soda,egg whites & combination very well.

-Insert water & mix nicely.

Fire for 2-3 minutes take out from oil & rest for 3 minutes.
-Heat up oil and fry on high flame until gold brown & set a side for after use.

-In an wok,include cooking oil,garlic,ginger,dried red chillies & Fry till light golden.

Sauce,dark soy sauce,salt,white pepper powder, then mix very well & bring it to boil.
-In corn flour,include water and whisk well.

-Now add dissolved Corn Flour,blend well & cook till thickens (1 2 minutes).

-Today add fried chicken,combine very well & prepare for one moment.

-Insert dried red chilli and mix properly.

-Garnish with citrus seeds,green onion leaves & function with Fried rice.
