Ingredients of Aloo Paratha 

  1. 500-gram medium size potatoes
  2. 50 ml cooking oil or canola oil
  3. Pinch of salt (or to taste)
  4. 200 grams of whole wheat flour 
  5. 20-gram coriander leaves 
  6. 10-gram ginger paste 
  7. 10-gram garlic paste
  8. 5-gram turmeric 
  9. 5-gram chilli powder 
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 10 ml of lime juice
  12. One egg (optional)

Step by step instructions to make aloo ka Paratha 

  1. Very soft dough with the ingredients mentioned above.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal balls
  3. Ground onions,
  4. green chillies 
  5. coriander leave
  6. boiled potatoes, remove the skin, and mash 
  7. add other ingredients and mix them well. Flatten it on the palm.
  8. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll it into balls. With a rolling pin, flatten the balls into ½ thick round parathas
  9. put the pan in the oven and put some oil in it.
  10. cook the parathas until both sides are golden completely.


 Tip: Serve aloo ka paratha with coriander chutney or yoghurt.
