What is Aloo paratha?

Aloo Paratha is a famous recipe as a snack in the Indian state of Punjab. We can actually make it with wheat flour and mulled potato mash with stuffing. It is a dough recipe popular in northern and western India. In addition to this, the people of Pakistan also like this recipe. we can serve Aloo paratha usually with Mint and Turmeric Chutney.


Requirements of Aloo ka Paratha:

Boiled potatoes half kg
Onions 200 g
Garam masala half tsb
Canola oil or cooking oil 4 table spoon
Pinch of salt (To taste)
Whole wheat flour3 cups
Coriander leaves 1 Roll
Ginger paste 1.5 Table spoon
Garlic paste 1.5 Table spoon
Turmeric 1 Table spoon
Chili powder 1 Table spoon
Lime juice 10 ml
Egg (optional) One

 Step-by-Step Instructions to make keema naan
1Crush the boiled potatoes into small pieces. Then finely chop the onion.
2Heat the oil in a frying pan and let the onion cook for two minutes. Put crushed potato mixture in it and blend well.
3Add salt and garam masala in it and mix well. Mix green coriander in it. Make its mixture and put it on low heat for 4-5 mints.
4Leave it to cool and add lemon juice to it.
5Put a tablespoon of spices on top of the bread, close it mouth and turn it around by covering it with flour.
6Warm the toe and put the paratha on the toe. When cooked on one side, flip it over and cook from the other side.
7When it gets golden color on the outer layer. Apply oil on it.
8You can place butter or ghee also.
9Aloo paratha is ready, its time to serve.
